No. We’re a service for owners: your property gets its own website with direct booking. Bookings run through your own Smoobu account.
Can I keep renting through Airbnb and Booking.com?
Yes. If you like, your calendar syncs with Airbnb & co., so there are no double bookings.
How much does a property website cost?
A property website with direct booking starts at €1,990. You’ll receive everything else in your personal quote after the intro call.
Do you manage my property on site?
No, we don’t offer ongoing on-site management. We take care of the marketing.
