Social media for small businesses. What’s really enough.

Post every day, be on every channel, jump on every trend? For most businesses, that’s neither feasible nor necessary. A plan that fits into your everyday life.

One channel, done well

You don’t have to be everywhere. Choose the channel your customers use, and do it well. For many local businesses that’s Instagram: images and short videos quickly show what it’s like at your place. Facebook often reaches a different, frequently older audience. TikTok is worth it if you enjoy video and can show something regularly.

One well-kept channel works better than three half-abandoned ones.

Regular beats frequent

Posting every day for a week and then nothing for two months – almost every business knows that pattern. Better is a rhythm you can keep up even in a busy week. Set fixed days and plan posts in advance when you have time.

Reliability pays off: your customers know something is happening at your place, and your profile looks alive.

Templates save time

Many posts repeat themselves: the offer of the week, new opening hours, a before-and-after, a look at the team. With templates in your brand’s look, you don’t have to design from scratch every time. You just swap the image and text – and everything looks as if it belongs together.

What you can show – without a photo studio

Your everyday work is more interesting than you think. A few ideas:

  • Beauty salon: before-and-after results (with permission), new products, available appointments.
  • Trades: the site on the first and the last day, tools, materials, the team at work.
  • Restaurants: the dish of the day, a look into the kitchen, the terrace in the evening light.
  • Holiday rentals: the house in every season, the surroundings, small details of the furnishings.

A smartphone with a clean lens and good daylight are enough to start with. For special occasions, professional photos or a short video are worth it.

A profile that informs at a glance

Anyone opening your profile for the first time decides within seconds. Make sure everything important is visible straight away:

  • Profile picture: your logo or mark – clearly recognisable, even when small.
  • Bio: what you do, where you are and how to reach you.
  • Link: straight to your website or appointment booking.
  • Highlights: fixed topics such as services, prices or reviews, with icons in your brand’s look.

Do it yourself or hand it over?

Both are possible. If you want to post yourself, we set up your presence properly once: in the “Growth” package for €1,890 we revise your social media presence and deliver five Instagram templates, in the “Complete” package ten. If you’d rather hand it over completely, we take on the ongoing management – Social media starts at €390 a month.

Rather hand it over? We’ll take care of it.

    Company video

A good video shows in seconds what you stand for – on your website, on Instagram or in a job ad. Which formats exist, how a company video is made and what really matters.

  • Local SEO

    Google Business Profile

Anyone searching for “hairdresser near me” or “electrician Worms” first sees a map with listings. Whether your business appears there depends above all on your Google Business Profile. The key steps.

  • Print

    Designing a flyer

A flyer has a few seconds to convince – in the letterbox, on the counter or in someone’s hand. These seven rules decide whether it gets read or thrown away.

Sounds good? Then let’s talk.
